Interior Designer Showroom Manager (LA Mart - Downtown LA)
Full-Time Position 9 AM to 5 PM!

The established Interior Designer is looking for an office assistant and project manager. Job Duties Include managing the showroom, facilitating sales, product ordering, project management, and customer service. Assisting Designer with presentations using PowerPoint to create mock-up rooms for clients. The candidate must be able to handle highle demanding clients and work in a fast-paced setting.
The candidate must be reliable, dedicated, studious, conscientious, organized, presentable, pleasant, and outgoing. The designer works with the residential, commercial, and hospitality industries.
Duties include managing a small showroom located in the LA Mart, which includes working with other designers and their customers, answering phones, assisting showroom clients, and assisting the Designer with facilitating and logistics of other necessary tasks to complete design projects. Knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Schetch-up, and QuickBooks is all a plus. Good communication (oral and written) skills are necessary for the position.
Hours: 9 a.m. 5 p.m. Monday to Friday

Starting pay is $21 per hour with room for advancement.
