Position: Dispatcher/Telemarketing Manager needed for a construction company.
Location: Sherman Oaks, CA
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM + After Hours availability over the phone.
Duties:
1. Rehashing leads.
2. Managing Yelp and Google customer service.
3. Confirm and book telemarketing appointments.
4. Send Sales Reps leads and confirm.
Requirements:
1. 1+ year experience as a Dispatcher and Telemarketing Manager in the construction field.
2. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
3. Ability to work with potential clients and sales team.
4. Must have telemarketing management experience.
6. Sales experience is a plus!
7. Energetic, able to work in a fast paced environment, and quick learner.
8. Spanish is a plus.
9. Experience with CRM.
Pay: $5,000-$10,000 per month including bonuses.
