We’re hiring a reliable, detail-focused Executive Operations & IT Assistant to support the CEO Office across multiple companies including luxury construction, real estate, and a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on organization, accuracy, and supporting a fast-paced, evolving environment.
What You’ll Do
Manage scheduling, inbox support, follow-ups, and daily administrative flow
Assist with meeting prep, agendas, notes, and task tracking
Provide basic IT troubleshooting (password resets, email issues, device setup)
Manage account access and password organization
Support office operations: ordering supplies, coordinating lunches, light clerical tasks
Help organize monthly luncheons, speakers, events
Update Airtable bases for HR, PTO, marketing, and operations
Assist with branding, social media scheduling, and client touchpoints
Who You Are
Highly organized, accurate, and consistent
Strong communicator (written + verbal)
Able to follow directions precisely and complete tasks independently
Comfortable with tech platforms and light troubleshooting
Calm energy, positive attitude, dependable
Fast learner who thrives with multiple moving parts
Requirements
2+ years in admin, EA, office manager, operations, or similar
Basic IT comfort (email, accounts, login issues, setup)
Strong organizational skills
Ability to manage shifting priorities across multiple brands
In-office presence in Los Angeles (please note in-person mandatory)
