Front Desk Coordinator (temp to possible hire)

The position is the "voice and face" of the corporate office of a Charter School. Main responsibilities are: Answering phone calls, accepting visitors, receiving packages, opening and distributing office supplies, typing, using Word & Outlook on a daily basis and some Excel, inputting data, handling some mail distribution, preparing the conference room, and maintaining the reception area, among other tasks.

Must have at least a year of experience working the front desk in a professional environment.

Hours are M-F- 8:30am-5pm, 30min lunch.

Dress attire is nice business casual, Friday is casual (jeans)

Covid vaccinated is huge plus!

Corp office has roughly 25 employees.

Parking is paid and there is a staff breakroom kitchen area.

This is a 40hr a week position on a long term contract. There is the possibility it could transition into a full time role with benefits.
