JOB DESCRIPTION
You will answer all incoming operator calls; screen and direct inquiries to appropriate person(s) or department(s); take messages; meet and greet clients/guests; provide refreshments to clients when needed; scanning, logging packages, open/sort and distribute all mail and be aware of staff whereabouts while keeping staff informed. High volume of mail sorting and scanning daily!
