Full-Time Office Manager Needed for busy Property Mgmt.

We are a full service, property management company located in Long Beach California. We have an immediate opening for a professional and energetic Full-time receptionist/Administrative person to join our expanding organization. The ideal candidate will be an experienced, self-motivated, team player with an upbeat, can-do attitude.

You will be responsible for answering heavy phones, assisting clients and residents on the phone and in person, photocopying, filing, processing work orders, opening and sending mail, and assisting upper management as needed.

The qualified candidate will have a polished demeanor, must be proficient in Word and Excel, have at least 3 years experience in similar field and position (property management receptionist), possess excellent communication skills, and have the ability to work independently in a fast paced environment. Appfolio software experience not required but is a plus. Bi-lingual not required but is a plus. This is a full time position that requires working M-F 8:30am - 5:30pm

Basic Duties: basic office duties, filing, creating and processing work orders, assist tenants with emergencies, scanning documents and organizing reports. Update data on rental sheets/ boards, make phone calls & answering heavy phones, assist clients and residents on the phone and in person, send emails, help different departments with various tasks, comply with all applicable regulatory standards, maintain client and tenant relationships.

Establish, develop, maintain and update filing system for various departments as requested. Retrieve information from files when needed. Assist in updating files and other information systems throughout office as assigned and as needed. Ensure the office is in a clean and organized condition at all times, order needed supplies for office on a weekly basis. Ensure that all office systems, devices and computers are in working order at all times and maintenance at office are completed as needed. Vendor Acquisition, Inspection of buildings, Uploading to management software, ordering office supplies, processing security deposit statements, events coordination, cover receptionist front desk as needed, assist in training and assist in various projects as needed.

Pay $19 - $22 per hour D.O.E - benefits offered after 90 day probationary period. Please respond with copy of resume for consideration.
