Seeking an experienced housekeeper for a private residence in Bel Air.
THE ROLE
You'll be responsible for keeping the home spotless and running smoothly.
This is a consistent Monday-Friday position.
SCHEDULE
Regular Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM (5 hours/day)
Event Days: 1-2 times per week, when we host guest dinners, you will stay until 9:00 PM to help with setup, service, and clean up afterward.
You must be available for these evening events.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Cleaning:
Making beds daily
General housekeeping and tidying
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping
Bathroom and kitchen deep cleaning
Laundry and ironing as needed
Keep all rooms neat, clean, and orderly
Organizing and maintaining household supplies
High standards of cleanliness required
Event Support:
Help organize and set up for guest dinners and events
Serve guests as needed
Clean up after events
Ensure smooth flow during gatherings
Errands:
Grocery shopping as needed
Return Amazon packages and deliveries
Other household errands as needed
HOUSE RULES
Be Invisible: When working, you stay out of sight and out of the way. You do your job quietly and efficiently without being noticed. When guests are present, you are professional, discreet, and blend into the background.
No Phone Policy: Personal phones are not to be used during work hours. You are here to work, not scroll. Phone stays in your bag or car.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience working in affluent/luxury private homes — required
Experience as a housekeeper or house manager — required
Experience with event support — required
Must have your own car and valid driver's license
Must be clean and maintain high hygiene standards
Able to work evening events 1-2x per week
Reliable and punctual
Detail-oriented and thorough
English proficiency
Legal to work in the US
References required
Bilingual is a plus — Russian, Arabic, or Spanish
We will conduct a full background check before hiring.
You will be required to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).

$25/hour
Regular: 25 hours/week (Mon-Fri, 9am-2pm)
Event evenings: Additional hours paid at same rate + bonuses for events
