Responsibilities:
The Human Resources File Clerk is an entry level position responsible for uploading digital files and data
Organize records and archive paperwork/ invoices so it can be found when needed most by other departments or personnel who might require its services
Make copies of documents and distribute them accordingly
Scan documents into appropriate employee files
Maintain a safe work environment and confidentiality, at all times
Be proactive, creative, and flexible in determining, evaluating, researching, and resolving issues
Maintain a professional demeanor that reflects positively on the company
Demonstrate respect and courtesy toward others
Able to thrive in a work environment emphasizing teamwork and collaboration
Ability to prioritize different tasks with minimal supervision
