Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch HVAC and plumbing service calls to technicians based on availability, urgency, and geographic location.
Monitor technician progress, communicate updates to customers, and ensure timely completion of service appointments.
Work closely with technicians to optimize routes and reduce travel time, maximizing efficiency.
Handle customer inquiries, scheduling requests, and follow-ups with professionalism and care.
Maintain accurate records of service appointments, parts ordered, and work completed.
Ensure smooth communication between office staff, field technicians, and customers to deliver excellent customer service.
Assist in resolving customer concerns and provide feedback to improve service quality.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in dispatching for HVAC or plumbing services preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to use scheduling software and maintain detailed records.
Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to work well under pressure.
