We’re a direct business lender helping small businesses nationwide access fast, unsecured funding. We’re expanding our team and looking for a motivated, energetic, and coachable Sales Opener to join our in-office team!
This is a great opportunity if you’re eager to learn the business funding industry, grow within the company, and earn uncapped commissions.
You’ll be the first point of contact for business owners seeking funding — qualifying leads, setting appointments, and supporting our closers — while assisting with light admin tasks to keep operations running smoothly.
What You’ll Do
Make outbound calls to warm & cold leads introducing our loan products
Qualify potential customers by gathering basic info & confirming funding needs
Set appointments and transfer qualified leads to senior closers
Keep CRM records accurate & up-to-date with notes and lead details
Handle light admin tasks: enter leads, send emails, follow up on docs
Work closely with closers & management to maximize conversions
Bring a positive, driven attitude to a high-energy, fast-paced office
What We’re Looking For
In-office only — this is NOT remote
Sales, telemarketing, or call center experience is a plus but not required — we train you
Excellent communication skills — confident, clear & persuasive on the phone
Hungry to grow — motivated to move up from opener to closer
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
Basic computer skills & CRM familiarity (training provided)
Reliable, organized & able to handle light admin duties
