We are looking for an EXPERIENCED office person that is experienced using Quickbooks. We manufacture products and sell them to hospitals. The office position will need experience in receiving purchase orders, processing the orders in Quickbooks, shipping the products to the customers with packing slips, invoicing the customers, and processing payments in Quickbooks. Also, experience with providing customers and sales reps with items from Quickbooks
We are a growing company and we are busy so experience is a must!
Hours are M-F 7:30am - 4:00pm
