Key Responsibilities
-Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
-Payroll Support: Assist with payroll processing tasks, including timesheet collection, verification, and record maintenance.
-HR Policy Administration: Support the implementation and communication of HR policies and procedures to staff.
-Benefits Administration: Help manage employee benefits programs, including enrollments, PTOs, updates, and handling inquiries.
-Employee Relations: Serve as a contact point for employee HR-related inquiries, providing guidance or directing them to appropriate resources.
