DATA ENTRY / CUSTOMER SERVICE - Carson, CA
Hello, we are currently looking for a Data Entry/Customer Service Clerk to join our team in the city of Carson. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in both data entry and customer service.
Monday - Friday (7am - 4 pm) 1 hour of un-paid lunch
Pay rate $16.50
Responsibilities
Inputting customer and account data from source documents within time limits.
Multitasking, answering phones, making phone calls to customers
Compiling, verifying accuracy, and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities, and checking output.
Responding to queries for information and access relevant files.
Maintaining customer confidence and protecting operations by keeping information confidential.
Requirements and Skills
Proven data entry work experience, with a knack for typing speed and accuracy.
Advanced knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
High school diploma; additional computer training or certification is a plus.
Ability to perform under pressure and within tight deadlines.
Excellent customer service skills, with a patient and friendly demeanor.
