We are looking for a self-motivated professional with knowledge and experience with data entry in accounting. The ideal candidate must be able to prioritize many tasks in a fast-paced environment and must demonstrate a thorough understanding of professional accounting and bookkeeping practices

Job Responsibility and requirements:

1) Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as Admin clerk.

2) Data entry of Accounts payable invoices.

3) Must be able and willing to comfortably and clearly communicate with Vendors and Customers

4) Knowledge of Microsoft Office, any ERP system is plus.

5) Ability to multi-task and work under time constraints.

6)Maintain accounting data by verifying, posting and reconciling transactions.

7)Ability to handle multiple tasks, and to work independently in an organized manner.
