Seeking a dedicated office admin/administrative assistant to assist a busy growing office.
Skills necessary:
-Able to type with some efficiency
-Familiar with the Google Workspace: email, calendar, sheets, docs, etc
-Reliable and dependable
-Work well in high paced environments
-Good with making productive use of time
-Very organized and good with setting up and/or adhering to systems
-Able to walk up and downstairs
-Attention to detail
-A pleasant disposition
Additional helpful skills:
-Experience with onboarding new employees
-Bilingual English and Spanish
-Experience with invoicing/billing
Schedule is M-F 9:30AM-6:00PM
