Your duties will be:
-sending out emails to our vendors and clients
-organizing our paperwork
-matching payments from vendors
-issuing payroll to our employees
-filing
-in office receiving deliveries
-make sure our bills are paid on time
-know how to use Microsoft office, google office, QuickBooks
-marketing ideas for our business
-create schedules weekly
-working on multi tasks on your own or when the owner needs you to complete task for him when he calls
