Office Assistant positions available. Entry level position to start with room for advancement.
Monday Thru Friday from 9:00-5:00 pm daily.
Proficiency in Excel & Quick books
Must have prior experience working in a busy office setting
Ability to multi-task, handle time efficiently and effectively, excellent organizational skills.
Must have good communication skills and be able to speak with customers both on the
telephone and through written communications in a professional manner
Must be detail oriented / project oriented
Demonstrate ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a timely manner with a willingness and ability to take on new tasks and projects
Ability to work independently.
Tasks will include:
Creating daily Spreadsheets using excel with formulas / detail oriented projects using Excel
Data entry and data organization, update and maintain database
General office filing ,faxing
Customer service
