Looking for a full time Office Assistant, must have a minimum of 4 years’ experience in property management, accounting, data entry, excel and QuickBooks. This is an in-person office position in Canoga Park available immediately for the right candidate.
Must have Experience and Skills:
Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office
Basic Accounting knowledge, A/P and A/R
High level of communication skills
Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
Discretion and confidentiality
