Equipment rental company looking to hire for a long-term Office Assistant to help us with answering phones, clerical work and various administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone who wants to learn and grow within our small team. Multi-tasking ability and organization skills are a must. A degree of proficiency with computers (Microsoft Office, Google Docs, Emails, etc.) is required.
Bilingual Spanish, prior office experience, and/or construction industry experience preferred but not required
