Growing Furniture/Staging Company in LA Seeking an Organized Office Assistant
Full Time office Duties Include the Following:
1. Proposals/Contracts. Set up, send, and follow up on all proposals/contracts.
2. Quickbooks. Manage Quickbooks online, including A/R, A/P, and bank reconciliation.
3. Communications. Write professional emails on behalf of the CEO.
4. Calendar. Manage the company calendar.
5. Inventory Ordering and Management. Place and Manage Orders and Track Incoming Inventory. Manage inventory system to track company product.
7. E-commerce. Assist with furniture e-commerce site.
Requirements:
● Must have 3+ years experience as an Office Manager or similar position
● Proficient in Quickbooks and Excel or Google Sheets
● Ability to work on-site in East LA
