We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for bookkeeping, data entry, and overall office management. Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping records.

Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy.

Manage invoices and ensure timely processing.

Conduct research as needed for various projects.

Assist with office management duties, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.

Utilize QuickBooks for financial management and reporting.

Use Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a bookkeeper, office assistant, or in a similar role.

Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Word.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
