QUALIFICATIONS:
Property management experience (preferred)
Office/administrative (will train)
Must have excellent customer service
Ability to follow and enforce policies and procedures
Excellent critical thinking and problem -solving skills
Ability to multi-task while meeting deadlines
Self motiviated proactive and team player with desire to grow
Familiarity with any Property Management software, (Appfolio a plus but not required)
Knowledge and use of office equipment
Must have Microsoft Word experience
Must have your own transportation
Must speak Spanish
Duties are in and out of the office (occasionally at the rental properties)
