Office Manager (Rosecrans Corridor)

Join our thriving Certified Public Accounting (CPA) firm as an organized Office Manager! We seek a motivated individual to manage daily operations, coordinate administrative tasks, and support our team. In this role, you'll foster client relationships, handle bookkeeping, and oversee general administration. Your contributions will make a real impact!

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage day-to-day office operations.

Schedule appointments, order supplies, and maintain the office.

Be the first point of contact for clients, via phone, email, and in-person.

Coordinate meetings, and conferences, for the firm’s partners and staff.

Handle accounts receivable and payable, including client billing.

Ensure compliance with firm policies, procedures, and local regulations.

Assist in preparing tax documentation, and other CPA-related tasks.

Oversee the firm’s filing system, both digital and physical.

Manage confidential information and ensure client data security.

Qualifications

Office Manager or similar administrative role experience, preferably in a CPA firm or financial services environment.

Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

Familiarity with bookkeeping, and payroll processes.

Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office, QuickBooks).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations is a plus.

Education and Experience

A bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, or a related field is preferred.

A minimum of three years of office management or administrative experience is preferred, ideally within a CPA or professional services firm.
