Office manager/Assistant

Positions Available: Administrative Assistant

Location: Encino CA

Business: Atlas Builders and Development Inc

Schedule: Part Time-Full time Flexible hours

We are looking for our next person of trust for our office.

Job Summary: We are a one stop shop for a Construction and Engineering company, we provide Engineering and design services and Construction services. Be a part of our Family-owned business, you will be working side by side with the engineer and contractor.

Responsibilities: The position requires the some of following activities:

o Inbound/outbound Customer service calls.

o Client management: CRM computer systems, Filing.

o Scheduling and booking.

o Lead generation - platform management. (Yelp, Thumbtack, Porch, magazines Ads).

o Office supplies management.

o Assisting with issuing administration reports for accounting and marketing (We will teach you our templates)

o Help the owners with requests on command when needed.

We will train you for every single one of these activities, we have our own templates and filters to follow, therefore everything is guided.

Basic Qualifications:

Knowledge and genuine interest in customer handling – people person.

Organized and neat

Required Education:

Minimum high school education.

Must have High computer skills.

Must have Skills:

Great English speaker

Punctual
