Our company is currently seeking an awesome individual to join our team! You will be responsible for wearing many hats. We are looking for someone who is flexible with their job duties.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to being an Executive Assistant to the owner of the company, also having an Office Managerial role for the construction side of the company, as well as Property Management for apartments. There will be bookkeeping in all aspects of this position, so experience is required. Here's a list of some of the things we're looking for:
Handle administrative needs for the owner
Calendar and appointment management for the owner's professional and personal life
Calling the owner of the company to remind him of his daily schedule/appointments (This individual should have no problems directing the owner with his schedule)
Running errands like to the post office and to the bank to make deposits
Answers and screen phone calls
Pleasant phone skills as you are the 1st point of contact
Order materials and supplies
Administrative and bookkeeping duties
Receive and distribute invoices
Receives, writes and distributes checks
Keeping logs and daily to do lists up to date
Party/event planning
Maintaining positive relationships with co-workers, clients, subcontractors, vendors, etc.
Collecting and posting rent
Handle maintenance issues with the apartments
Deal with tenants
Move In/Move Out tenant process
Must know MS Excel, (billings are in Excel), Word, Outlook and Zoom
Need someone prompt and always ready
Ability to prioritize and multitask
Strong organizational and communication skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
