Job Overview:

We are seeking an organized and customer-focused Office Professional with a strong background in office management and some sales to support our office operations and help attract new students. The ideal candidate values steady income, is committed to providing excellent service, and is looking for a long-term role where they can make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

Student Enrollment: Assist prospective students through the enrollment process, providing information about our training programs and guiding them through required documentation.

Scheduling: Manage class schedules, coordinate appointments with instructors, and ensure all bookings are properly logged in our system.

Customer Service: Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries, providing a welcoming and informative experience for prospective and current students both in person and over the phone.

Sales Support: Use your sales skills to engage prospective students, explain the benefits of our programs, and encourage them to enroll.

Administrative Duties: Handle data entry, manage student records, process payments, and assist with general office tasks as needed.

Sales Experience: Experience in a sales-oriented role (e.g., customer service, inside sales, admissions).

Strong Communication Skills: Able to communicate clearly, professionally, and persuasively with students and team members.
