We are a small family owned and operated Plumbing, Heating and A\C company in bellflower, and have been in business for over 33 years!
We are looking for someone that has great customer service skills, great communication skills, who is honest, reliable, dedicated, organized, to be part of the team.
Responsibilities would be answering phones and provide high quality customer service, scheduling of jobs, dispatching, A\R , A\P, lite bookkeeping and processing payments, inputting customer work orders and updating customer files in computer, scanning files, etc.
We will be training with our current office manager to get an overview of our day-to-day activities and get familiar with our business to provide a smooth transition.
We will be doing interviews starting in January 2025.
Job position will be available 2/15/2025.
