Responsibilities:
-Draft correspondences and other formal documents
-Plan and schedule appointments and events
-Greet and assist onsite guests
-Answer inbound telephone calls and transfer accordingly
-Develop and implement organized filing systems
-Perform all other office tasks(will know more during interview)
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in office administrationor other related fields
-Ability to prioritize and multitask
-Excellent written, verbal communication skills and email etiquette
-Strong attention to detail
-Strongorganizationalskills
-QuickBooks online Experience
-Google Suite Experience
-Microsoft office suite experience
- Book keeping Experience preferred
