Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team at our local moving company in North Hollywood. As the Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our moving company, managing our team of movers, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our customers.

Responsibilities:

Oversee all aspects of the moving company's operations, including scheduling, sales, customer service, logistics, and fleet management.

Coordinate with customer service representatives to ensure timely and efficient delivery of moving services to customers.

Monitor and optimize operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership:

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of movers, drivers, and customer service representatives providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and adherence to company policies and procedures.

Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations to develop and maintain a skilled and cohesive team.

Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Customer Service Excellence:

Ensure exceptional customer service at all times, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.

Uphold company standards for quality, safety, and professionalism, striving to exceed customer expectations with every move.

Identify opportunities for service improvement and implement corrective actions as needed to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Financial Management:

Monitor and manage financial performance metrics, including revenue, expenses, and profitability, to achieve company targets and objectives.

Implement cost-saving measures and revenue enhancement strategies to optimize profitability.

Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes to drive business growth and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications:

Bilingual in Russian is a must, no exceptions.

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

Proficiency with mac and windows computers, crm softwares, and office equipment.

Schedule:

This is a unique weekly position. You will work 7 days on and 7 days off. Monday through Sunday. You will work 26 weeks a year, every other week.
