We are a Brain, Mind & Life Wellness practice offering neurofeedback and holistic mind-body services. We’re looking for a part-time admin assistant who is organized, tech-savvy, and interested in wellness.
Duties include:
Scheduling clients + managing calendar
Adding new clients into Unified Practice (EHR system)
Sending newsletters & website updates
Research projects (strong internet skills needed)
Follow-up calls and email support
Scheduling podcast guests
Drafting/proofing emails (grammar required)
Ideal candidate:
Strong communication & organizational skills
Microsoft proficient- Word/ Excel
Must be proficient in posting to social media - LinkedIn, IG etc.,
Quick learner with solid tech ability
Flexible, reliable, and detail-oriented
Genuine interest in holistic health
Compensation: $25/hour, 10–15 hrs/week, with growth potential.
