I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a busy private practice in need of a part-time (5-10 hours a month) administrative/personal assistant.
The position includes general maintenance of office: forms, filing, office supplies, industry and social media maintenance along with website. And, overall personal assistance: facilitating general home repairs and travel planning when needed. The ideal candidate is a go-getter who can work somewhat independently with excellent attention to detail. Preferred familiarity with Word, Excel and Google Docs. Lastly, strong writing and editing skills are a plus as proofreading academic work is desired.
Close to Burbank is a plus plus plus!
Also, the person must be extremely professional and absolutely maintain confidentiality.
Someone with a positive attitude is a must!
