Part-Time Assistant REMOTE Position
We are seeking a dynamic and young talented individual for a part-time, remote assistant position. Ideally, the candidate will have experience in social media and marketing, preferably a student or intern with a flexible schedule. (Starting 2-4 hours per week)
As a small video production company based in Los Angeles, we have collaborated with numerous brands across the city. We are looking for someone to support our expansion efforts, as our team is primarily focused on production work.
Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Outreach: Connect with potential clients and industry professionals to build relationships and generate leads. Create leads list and send connections using our scripts etc.
Instagram Outreach: Engage with users, manage direct messages, and help increase our brand's social media presence.
Follow-Ups: Maintain communication with leads and clients to ensure continued engagement and follow-through.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media platforms (LinkedIn + Instagram,) including text, graphics, and multimedia, to enhance our online visibility.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate meetings and appointments, managing calendars to streamline our workflow.
Lead Interaction: Handle initial contact with potential clients, providing information and setting up further discussions.
Experience with ChatGPT / Canva a plus!
