Part-Time Filing Clerk

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Part-Time Filing Clerk to join our team in Sylmar, CA. This role involves managing and organizing documents, ensuring proper filing systems are followed, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:

Sort and file documents in physical and electronic formats.

Maintain an organized and efficient filing system.

Retrieve files as needed and ensure records are up to date.

Assist with other administrative tasks as required.

Ensure confidentiality and security of all files.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous filing or clerical experience preferred but not required.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Schedule:

Part-time, very flexible hours (we need a minimum of 10 hours per week, 30 hours max)

Available to work Monday's, Wednesday's, and/or Thursdays

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage, commensurate with experience.
