We are seeking a part-time Personal Assistant to support our client a busy high-level CEO in Manhattan Beach. This role will be a guaranteed 20 hours a week and will be hybrid. Ideal candidates will have a flexible schedule and have at least 2+ years working in a similar capacity. Candidates must have a vehicle and be able to work in a team setting. Looking to hire ASAP!
Responsibilities:
- Personal calendar management
- Personal travel booking and itinerary creation
- Family scheduling, errands, and gifting around holidays
- Working with vendors
- Bill pay and managing of invoices
- Other ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
- Must have a vehicle and a valid drivers license
- Must have experience working in a team environment
- Must be able to work a somewhat flexible schedule
- Must be able to work in person and remotely
Compensation:
$30 per hour
