A production company is looking for a personal assistant (2 days a week - Tuesday and Thursday, 6 hours each day in the office in the Beverly Hills) to support our projects and do the following responsibilities:
- to do research on different topics;
- to follow up with the team, vendors, or clients;
- to do phone calls and collect the information about different projects;
- to organize paperwork, files;
- to call vendors, organize meetings, prepare documents;
- to communicate with agents, managers, producers if needed;
- to do spreadsheets with the expenses, budgets, or other info;
- to organize the schedule of shootings, collect documents, contracts, to make sure that all contracts are signed;
- to be able to do different projects at the same time;
- to help the owner with the organizing the projects, meetings, HR of a production team;
- to do social media (IG and facebook);
A candidate should have experience:
- in production (TV or film);
- in building social media (doing videos, posts, ads)
- in office work.
