We're looking for a warm, experienced and friendly individual who has strong customer service skills, a professional demeanor and the ability to multi-task effectively. The successful candidate will be responsible for answering incoming client calls and emails, keeping the front desk area organized, processing escrow orders, invoicing fees, and ensuring the office has everything it needs to run efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors, telephone callers, and other customers.
Answer questions about the company, organization, and its services.
Assist customers with phone payments
Resolve customer complaints.
Write down customer-related data.
Gather customer contact information.
Prepare mailings.
Order office supplies.
Billing out management fees
Preparing and mailing billing statements and letters.
Answer calls from vendors.
Reliable and prompt.
