We are looking for a Project Admin Clerk to work 15 - 20 hours weekly preparing and scanning documents into our system. This is not a remote position - you will be working in our offices. Our office hours are 9am - 6pm Monday through Friday, and we are open to adapting to your schedule as long as it coincides with our office hours. This project is temporary and we anticipate needing someone for a minimum of 4 weeks.
Scanning: Preparing documents for scanning, adjusting the scanner, and scanning the documents
Quality control: Checking the quality of the scanned images and identifying inconsistencies
Storage: Managing and storing the digital files on a computer system
Organization: Organizing the scanned copies and maintaining a daily audit trail
Retrieval: Retrieving documents as requested by company staff
PLEASE NOTE: This position will require routinely moving around the office and standing at the office scanner for 30+ minutes at a time.
