Pacific Crest Real Estate, a medium-sized property management and acquisition company in the apartment industry, is looking for an apartment maintenance assistant to assist our maintenance technicians at our 1920s construction architecturally beautiful Koreatown apartment communities. As the assistant to our maintenance technicians you will be responsible to help make apartment units rent ready and make repairs.
You must have experience in maintenance and repairs. You must be able to speak basic English and be able to fill out time-sheets tracking hours at various buildings and to complete work orders and respond to emails.
This position has the flexibility to be on-site or off-site. We offer free rent (on-site), competitive hourly rates and medical benefits.
