Job Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years experience in apartment management.
Strong understanding of residential property management principles and tenant laws.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Track record of maintaining high occupancy and high tenant satisfaction.
Ability to handle tasks efficiently and prioritize responsibilities.
Skills to oversee property maintenance, including coordination with vendors.
Duties:
Oversee and ensure smooth operation of all aspects of the 66-unit building.
Manage tenant relations, including handling inquiries, complaints and leasing.
Working with vendors to ensure the property is in good condition.
Conduct regular inspections of the premises to comply with health and safety regulations.
Implement effective marketing strategies to maintain high occupancy rates.
