We seek a performance-driven Property Manager for 100 unit luxury apartment building in Westwood Village near UCLA.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Marketing, showing and renting vacant units and pre-leasing upcoming vacancies, including on weekends as needed;
Supervising, scheduling and assisting in turning over vacant units;
Performing rental comparable surveys and direct marketing and social media efforts;
Scheduling and supervising maintenance workers and third party vendors;
Rent collection, record keeping and completing paperwork and enforcing House Rules;
Ability to perform light maintenance and repairs as needed and keeping property grounds clean;
Promptly and professionally address and resolve Resident concerns and questions.
Requirements:
Available to work on weekends when necessary for pre-leasing and showing vacant apartments;
Can live on site and be present at the building;
Must have excellent personal skills, multi-tasking, customer service, and presentation skills;
Must be a self-starter, energetic and flexible;
Strong communication, sales and closing skills;
Proficiency with computer software including Microsoft Excel; Word; Knowledge of Yardi Breeze is a plus;
Persistent and dedicated work ethic evidencing a passion for the multifamily industry and work pride;
Ability to clearly and fully comprehend and follow detailed instructions and work independently in performing multifaceted tasks and projects to a timely completion;
2 years minimum of Property Management experience is preferred;
Must pass credit and background check and be drug free.
