APARTMENT BUILDING MANAGERS (Resident Managers)

Husband/wife team with minimum of 5+ years direct experience as building managers. Bilingual (Ideal English/Spanish or English/Tagalog) to manage a 44 unit apartment building in Los Angeles/Hollywood off 101, near Santa Monica Bl. & Western Bl.

These are NOT a full time or independent positions, and require flexible time availability & high level of self-responsibility.

The Manager handles Administrative duties and responsibilities; Leasing, Rent Collections, Interaction with tenants & main office & some cleaning responsibilities. Must have consistent time availability from 8-6 PM to conduct business activities as necessary. Must have strong leasing, rent collection and bilingual (Ideal English/Spanish) communication skills.

The Co-manager must have strong Handyman type Maintenance and Repair skills and experience to perform light maintenance and repair duties in occupied and vacant units and some cleaning responsibilities. MUST be able to consistently allocate and commit an average of 3-Hrs per day, between 8-6 pm to perform duties. Must own full set of hand and power tools and reliable transportation.

Compensation: Large 2-bedroom/2-bath apartment + Salary + Bonus.
