Looking for a trainee appraiser with trainee license. I will train you in the field and report writing. I have work all over LA, OC, San Bernardino, Riverside county & Ventura county. Most work is in LA and OC. You must be professional in appearance, have drivers license, have appraisal trainee license, reliable car, car insurance, cell phone/computer, camera, Alamode software, databases(MLS at minimum). Must be willing to drive. You will be representing me and my company(20 years exp). You will be paid per appraisal depending on scope of service, complexity and distance.
