SRO Housing Corporation seeking qualified Area Manager candidates. Area Managers are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple properties. This role includes managing staff, ensuring properties meet operational and financial goals and fostering positive relationships with residents.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field or 10 years of relevant experience in multifamily residential property management highly preferred. Personnel management. Computer proficiency with MS Office Programs, Yardi Voyager. Specific knowledge of affordable regulations, Tax Credit, HUD, LAHD, HCD, CDLAC. Previous experience must include responsibilities for operations, budgets, move-in process, recertification, and inspections.
Candidates must be comfortable working in the Skid Row community in downtown Los Angeles.
