Property management company, Looking for maintenance contractor (B2 Contractor licensed) to issue standardize invitation for bits, schedule and assign jobs, ensure job performance standards, communicate job status to owners & property supervisors, ensure accurate recording and approve payment accordingly.
Position Summary: As the company responsible licensed contractor, you will be responsible for profitability and efficient operation of maintenance department.
Qualifications:
- Current active Contractor license
- Capability to communicate effectively & maintain effective relationships with co-workers, in-house technicians, sub-contractors, vendors & most important tenants, homeowners, property owners & investors.
- Exceptional organizational skills with outstanding follow-through
- Logical and methodological approach to problem solving
- Ability to work efficiently while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
- Flexible, with the ability to multi-task in a highly demanding, fast-paced environment
- Ability to cooperate successfully as a member of a team
- Computer proficiency with knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Internet, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat and management software such as
- preferred skills: Xactimate software estimator, Procore software
- Ability to type at least 45 wpm is a MUST.
