We are seeking a motivated Realtor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for real estate, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
Responsibilities:
Manage & Support agent’s transactions.
Communicate at high level with clients. Coordinate showings and open houses
Provide additional client follow-up and miscellaneous assistance as needed as time permits.
Attend networking events as needed.
Communicate/Respond with agents, clients, team members professionally and promptly.
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Real Estate sales
- Experience Managing sales agents
- Strong sales skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team
- High technology proficiency required to master our platforms and support/train on them with agents and staff
