On-Site Resident Manager Team. 75 units in the South Bay Area. Salary plus Two Bedroom Apt, One Bath included. Must be familiar with Appfolio Software. Great leasing skills and customer service. Address tenant concerns and have good follow through. Good record keeping and communication through Appfolio. Administration of delinquency enforcement and 3-day notices. Coordinate vacancy prep with various contractors and vendors. Keep the property clean and safe at all times. Help stay in compliance with State and County rules and regulations. Oversee all rentals and move ins of new tenants. Bilingual is a plus!
Must have 1-2 years On-site experience. NOT an entry level position.
