A well established property management firm based in the Los Angeles area for the past 20 plus years is currently looking for a property manager to manage a property in the North Hills area. Great opportunity to take on a property of roughly 80 units. Property is gates, has pool and laundry on premises. Duties and Responsibilities:
Rent Collection and delinquencies
Generating and Posting notices (3-day, 24 hr, etc.)
Advertising and leasing vacant units
Scheduling maintenance/work orders
Walk the property daily multiple times
Other duties assigned by management
Requirements:
Working as an onsite property manager, minimum of 2 years
Managing 60+ units preferred
GED or HS Diploma
Valid Driver's license- MUST
Reliable vehicle- MUST
Must already live in the Los Angeles/San Fernando Valley area
Skills Needed:
Have used MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with Yardi or another property management software is a plus
Bilingual in Spanish a preferred
Schedule
Monday-Friday- 8:00a-5:00p
Available after hours and weekends for emergencies (Cannot be combined with any other work)
Salary & Benefits
$3800-4100/month gross salary (DOE) w/ rent deduction.
