Job Description:
We’re hiring Field Representatives to visit residential properties currently in foreclosure or the auction process in Southern California.
Your job is to speak with homeowners and offer them an opportunity to lease out their backyard land for our project.
We provide a monthly list of target properties to visit.
You’ll work independently and represent our company professionally.
Work Schedule:
Days: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
Hours: 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Approx. 20 hours per week
Requirements:
Must have your own car and a valid driver’s license
Reliable, self-motivated, and responsible
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be comfortable talking with homeowners
