Construction Superintendent Qualifications
1. Experience - Minimum 2-5 years managing residential home builds, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.
2. Project Management - Proficient in scheduling subcontractors, inspections, and material deliveries.
3. Financial Management - Experience handling invoicing, receivables, and cost tracking.
4. Software Proficiency - Ability to input and manage project data in a construction project management system
5. Communication - Strong ability to coordinate with subcontractors, inspectors, suppliers, and homeowners.
6. Code & Safety Knowledge - Familiar with local building codes, permitting, and OSHA safety regulations.
7. Problem-Solving - Capable of managing on-site challenges, change orders, and unexpected delays efficiently.
