Stan Escrow, a premier Escrow Settlement company is seeking Junior Escrow Officers - Multi positions
We are providing the golden opportunity for aspiring Escrow Assistants and beginner Junior Escrow officers to be trained and upon successful completion of the training, join STAN ESCROW and be given escrow files to process. Treat it as free escrow training
Job description & expectations:-
a) able to open and see a real estate escrow transaction to completion and closing.
b) RBJ oriented, familiar with Residential, Bulk, Commercial, ABC Liquor transactions
c) prior assistant knowledge only ok, we can train you to be a JEO
d) Escrow assistant support provided. Remote mostly, reporting to office for training or Manager compliance check.
e) meticulous and detail oriented
f) good temperament under duress
g) ability to speak a second language a plus
h) compensation will be commission based on tiers and source of file lead. 30% if you need files from us, 40% if you bring your own clients/files.
i) report to Escrow Manager and File to pass compliance before payment
